Cialis dilates blood vessels feeding your pecker to give you a better erection.
It also just happens to get blood vessels near your eye, too.
It is also a minor annoyance for me too.
The only way I have found to reduce, but not eliminate this, is to take smaller
doses and to take it the last thing at night before going to bed.
