| My order is 30 days late and they aren't answering my emails. Anyone else
having similar experiences?

I have had two successful orders with shoprxonline. I placed a third
order on 6/23/04 that I failed to receive. Notified the company after
30 days on 07/28/04 and received an immediate email from them and
stating that my order would be re-shipped. As of this date, almost 3
weeks I have yet to receive my order.
While the previous 2 orders were filled promptly I am beginning to get
the feeling that something has gone awry with the re-shipment. I am
going to place an order with alldaychemist and hope that my order with
shoprxonline will arrive.

Hold off a bit.
A couple others here responded with good results from
alldaychemist.com. But one person had a shipment seized, and they
wouldn't refund the shipping, which is like 75% of the price.
Just before the negative response, I placed an order. Everything seems
to be going OK, but yesterday I got an e-mail saying my order had been
shippped, and included a tracking number (US post office). I have been
trying ever since to enter the tracking number at usps.com, but it
continues to say there is no record of the number.
It's probably just a delay issue; the USPS server is not updated often
enough or something. Nevertheless, if you hold off a few days I
promise to post follow-ups.

I guess I jumped too soon. Received my re-shipped order today. The
generic Viagra from shoprxonline has always produced the desired
result. I will keep the group informed as to the quality of my order
from alldaychemist.

OK, this evening the USPS web site now says:
"Your item is being processed by United States Customs. Information,
if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."
And when I click to get the details it says:
"INBOUND INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL, KENNEDY AMC, August 18, 2004, 1:13 am
FOREIGN INTERNATIONAL DISPATCH, DELHI, INDIA, August 16, 2004, 8:51 pm
So evidently they shipped it and it made it as far as New York. I was
hoping they wouldn't use New York. That's where they seized my last
order from importeddrugs.com (India).
Oh well. Still keeping fingers crossed.

| There have been major floods in parts of India that may possibly be
causing delays in shipments.

|
| It seems Shoprxonline can do no wrong with some members of this group
(strange), yet if it were RX Mex, Overture etc. etc. not shipping or
responding it would a different with everyone calling them all the
names under the sun!

YAY!
The USPS web site now says:
"Your item cleared United States Customs at 10:40 pm on August 18,
2004"
So my experience with alldaychemist.com is good. I especially like the
Express Mail which gives good tracking information as it goes through
customs. Saves some of the wondering and worrying.

| If you do a search of past postings in this group, you will see that
there have been dozens and dozens of satisfied customers thru the years.
None of us has any interest in the company as a company. We are only
trying to help each other out. Note that I do not use a "blind" e-Mail
address or a pseudonym. I use my real name so I will not be seen as a
"spammer".
Best wishes wherever you choose to order. Do you have any
recommendations for the group? We are all in this together.

| This should explain the temporary problems with www.shoprxonline.com as
explained on their homepage:
Dear Customers,
Due to heavy rains and flooding in Asia and India in particular (due to
monsoons), it will become increasingly difficult for us to source and ship
products to our customers.
In order not to cause inconvenience to our customers in the future, we
have temporarily stopped taking new orders as a precautionary measure.
All previous orders successfully placed till date will be shipped in a
timely manner and will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks from the date of order as
usual.
Inconvenience caused to our customers is regretted.
Our customer service is operating at 100% and you should receive replies
to your emails in 2-3 business days. If you do not receive a reply, consider
emailing us from another email address or give us a secondary email address
to which we can send replies in your email to us. We will send replies to
both addresses.
Updates regarding this situation will be posted here.

Just remember, under US law you have 60 days from the time a charge
appears on you bill to dispute it. Don't let their excuses make you
miss the deadline.

In their defense, I just recieved my re-ship order today. Seems like
they are having legitimate problems. According to the postmark, they
re-shipped 3 days after I notified them that I had not received my
order. I am satisfied and withdraw any negatives that I may have
posted about them.
