| I was one of the first injections users I am sure. Have been using
them over 20 years. I have a question about the strengths. I note
that there are dosages of the Tri mix such as #3 #5 etc. I am
currently using this mixture PGE200mcg....REG10mgs....Pap300mg The
dosage reccommended for me was 0.75 to 1.0 cc at a time. My question
is . Is this the max or min dosage and can I get stronger.

PGE worked great for me but it hurt too darn much. As far as O/d ing
I have always used what the Doctor ordered

Over half the people that use straight PGE1 get a slight nut ache. So the
doctors will prescribe a mixture.

The first mix I got was
PGE1 (Prostaglandin E1) .05ml
Phentolamine .55ml
Papaverine 2.5ml
Saline 1.2ml
The next was
PGE1 (Prostaglandin E1) 25mcg
Papaverine 75mg
Phentolamine 2.5mg
The third mix I got was called #4 and is the strongest.
Prostaglandin E1) PGE1 20mcg
Papaverine 30mg
Phentolamine 2mg
