I have tried some kind of pills, not all, it seems like they are not effective
at all time. What pill would anyone recommend that would allow me to keep an
erection for at least 5 to 10 minutes during forplay? I haven't met that
particular pill before.

Have you tried Viagra (Sildenafil) or Cialis? Can you achieve and
maintain erections during self-stimulation (masturbation), or are you
having problems maintaining erections at all times?

It's called ED or Erectile Dysfunction. Read many of the previous messages
here in order to get a feeling for what can be done. Sometimes it's just a
matter of lifestyle changes, like not drinking lots of coffee or coke
(caffeine) in the hours before sex. Sometimes it's the medicine you're
taking.

I'll post the weekly post and you can get an idea of what you can do.

I find that Cialis is the least reliable--you may have sporadic erections
for 48 hours or more, but just when they will occur has been variable for
me.

Viagra and Levitra work in about 20 minutes (on an empty stomach) and the
window of opportunity can last for 60 to 90 minutes.

Ask you Urologist for samples. I got samples for all 3. But keep in mind
that the samples are sometimes at the lowest dose, so if the low dose
doesn't work, double it up.

Also, Cialis often causes 2-day headaches and back or buttock aches the
first couple of times you use it. This usually passes when your body gets
used to it. BUt start at the lowest dose with Cialis.

Hope this helps.
