Author Cialis dosage... double for me??

I have read that going more than the 20mg per time with Cialis doesn't help.
I dispute that. With 20mg of generic C, I get a morning erection,
but not enough at night to penetrate even with lots of stimulation
(but it looks and feels better).
With 40mg every two or three days I'm usually able to perform, but only
if foreplay doesn't go on and on first.
Viagra at 100mg doesn't work for me, and Tri-mix I need 1.5x the
prescribed dose (unless I'm also on C).
Because of severe arthritis, I'm on several powerful anti-inflammatories
and also on Vasotec for blood pressure (not known for sexual side effects).
1. Could these meds be the problem?
2. Am I doing myself harm (aside from cost) with double doses?

I believe each person is different. I use 10. Twenty makes me horny as hell.

Have you considered a combination? Like combining the Cialis with a small
shot just before sex?

I always read the lengthy and small-printed stuff that comes with medicine.
As to "double doses," the fact they put out a 20mg Cialis is good enough for
me. My urologists gave me some Cialis samples and warned me about mixing. It
can cause extended erection times.

There is a site that you can list the drugs you take and it will tell you if
you're mixing drugs you shouldn't. I believe it's this one here [click].
