Sudafed, together with strong tea or coffee, is the first-line
treatment for priapism (persistent erection). You could be better off
using something else that doesn't contain pseudoephedrine (the active
substance in Sudafed). If nothing else, it might let you reduce the
dose of Cialis you need to take, which could give you less side
effects.
