| Anyone know if Tribulus is meant to be used continuously, or can it be used
on an occasional basis, such as for a month at a time just to give a boost?

| Since it works with hormones, it is best to cycle it.
5 days on, 2 days off a week
or you can do
3 weeks on, 1 week off
