| I take it on an empty stomach, so that it will work faster, but it does
cause a very uncomfortable upset stomach from time to time - so
uncomfortable that sex is out of the question until my stomach settles down.
Antacids help a little.
I also took Levitra a couple of hours after a meal and it worked almost as
well and almost as quickly (in about half an hour).
Supposedly you can take Levitra anytime after eating, but maybe somewhere in
between the above 2 examples is best - for example, take it a 3 hours or so
after a light meal or snack.
Alcohol does not seem to intefere with Levitra, for me. I drink before,
during, and after taking Levitra, with no noticable diminished effect.
(Alcohol does seem to diminish the effects of Viagra, though.)
