Tadalafil v Sildenafil

Me.
I have tried both genuine Cialis (with a prescription by my endo and
bought in a pharmacy) 10 and 20 mg and the generic stuff from
shoprxonline, both worked identically, i.e., to no effect. On the
other hand I respond extremely well to Sildenafil - 50 mg are
sufficient for a session of 2 hours. Incidentally, a friend of mine,
who happens to be a MD, responds exactly the opposite way.

That's been my experience, almost exactly. Thought I may have had a
poor batch!

| I get mediocre results from Cialis as well as Levitra. I should say
mediocre from
Levitra and the only thing Cialis seems to do is give me loose bowels.
Viagra still
seems to work pretty good.

results. Couple of years later got samples from doctor and thought it was
great. Viagra narrow window of opportunity and headache. Cialis good for
extended period and no headache. Lately though results have not been great.
I think there is more at work than just the pharmacology. At this point the
big head has control over the little head and neither is under my control.
