Re: The new "Inkel children abuse" video and DCF's
participation in other deliberate harms
These vicious nutcase "judges," Bear, Taylor, and
Driscoll, think they can gag this perjury, abuse and
neglect of all children, not just in Corrupticut?
What's their salary to protect and therefore promote
this abuse?
Regarding the sexual violence to the Inkel children by
DCF foster "carer" Annette Anderson (Willetts Avenue,
New London, CT) and the cover up of this abuse by the
Connecticut DCF (Lucas Daniels, Attorney Valerie
Alexander, Jo-El Suroviak and DCF's Colleen Dirga all
knew about this abuse by Annette Anderson), about
which Governor Rell is already aware:
I have created a new Windows Movie File that will be
made available to the public - and which is quite
authentic and graphic in terms of the children's
explanation of this sexual violence - if I get no
response and more of the same harassment from the DCF
(ie these illegal gag orders, such as the one by
"judge" Bear). This is not the video file already
online. It is one was recorded Father's Day, 2006
which resulted in my filing a DCF complaint and then a
Police complaint but has been recently edited and
published.
The medical records of the children support these
claims by the children (ages 4 and 5) deliberate
sexual violence and these records are 1) contained in
Phillip Inkel's 21 June 2006 Motion to Appear faxed to
DCF Middletown "court" and others.

2) I reported this abuse to the DCF (and I
audio-recorded this complaint to DCF and published
this interview online, since I know that the DCF are
criminally insane) and then I faxed the supporting
medical data an intake report made by others regarding
the same abusive foster carer dated July 2004,

3) to the New London Police, and to the Town of New
London CT Management. (I believe the Mayor of New
London's name is Sebelia or Sabelia and she is a
woman.)
Therefore, the State is in possession of 3 sets of
records supporting this complaint of abuse to the
Inkel in foster "care."
If I get no adequate response within 3 days in the
forms of a report of the status of the investigation
of this quite undeniable abuse, I will be publishing
the address of the video file for public consumption.
It is already published online, but only certain
people know the address of the video. On the last
page of this fax will be the link to the downloadable
video file, as I am publishing only this report of
complaint online so that the whole world can watch the
State's response.
In making this abuse and the DCF's cover up of it
known internationally, I will validate the Inkel's
traumas, because the DCF fraudulently claims that
DCF's abuse should be secret, when the reverse is
true. The DCF secret courts are about keeping the
criminal behavior of the DCF- such as this- secret.
Children victims of pedophile priests and anyone else
will tell you protecting the privacy of the abuser is
the wrong thing to do, and this characterizes the DCF
in general.
58% of children taking psychotropics in this country
are DCF victims or are in foster "care" of some sort.
That is to cause dementia in response to trauma, and
of course, then there was DCF-Rowlandgate, which was
about "building a national string of prisons and
juvenile detention centers." DCF knows most of their
victims of "separation from parents" and violence by
not only the psychopathic prison guards, but clearly
foster carers, renders children likelier to become
criminals. TREA was the name of the DCF-Rowlandgate
enterprise. We assume the R stands for Ragaglia,
because she is not only a lawyer, but was Larry
Alibozek's, um, whatever you want to call her-
adulterer. (TREA =3D Tomasso, Ragaglia, Ellef,
Alibozek)
All the DCF does is lie, perjure, solicit perjury,
defraud the courts, order false arrests, lie to
everyone their victims know, obstruct justice (Lyme
borreliosis is a brain disease, "Lyme disease" is
scientific fraud), etc., and are a criminal
organization - a racket - which has defrauded the US
taxpayers to the tune of about 100 million dollars a
year in TANF funds. This welfare cash was to go to
the poor families. It instead went into the DCF's
pockets to remove more children and place them in
danger.

In my particular "case," it was all about protecting
the incompetent Freudian, sex-obsessed, XXXXXXX, James
Phillips (88 Noble Ave, Milford, CT), from a
malpractice lawsuit. This man caused me significant
brain, nerve, and eye damage right away, in Nov 2000,
and he never said a word about all the rocking and
pacing (the brain damage known as akathisia or
psychomotor agitation caused by the drugs) I was doing
right in front of him.
I suffered with this for another 2 years before I
found out it had a name. Akathisia is like being dizzy
all the time, plus restless leg syndrome, and feels
like butterflies in your stomach. On top of Lyme
brain, which is technically a mild delirium. The brain
damage called akathisia is a Parkinson's like kind of
brain damage. I told Phillips in Nov 2000, that, "I
think I have a virus in my brain or something. I
can't stop rocking." DCF even recorded this
agitation, and said it "seemed organic." (Yes, one
of them wrote that, surprisingly.)
All of these damaging drugs results in me, compounding
the neurotoxicity of Lyme borreliosis - and is clearly
malpractice - were characterized by DCF's Jessica
Gauvin as evidence of my insanity, and I was never
allowed a chance to defend myself or demonstrate this
was all perjury. It was a very winnable malpractice
lawsuit.
DCF interfered and operated in the interests of this
mal-practitioner rather than all children or in
particular, children with Lyme borreliosis or
misidentified Lyme borreliosis. Phillips also lied to
the DCF about my "diagnosis" and I proved that he lied
about that in "court."
What an XXXXXXX. This man should never be anywhere
near other humans.
They, the Department of Mental Health and Addiction
Services staff, perjured themselves in my false
criminal case and my false DCF case, and I will make
sure this fact is continuously broadcast all over the
known universe so that no foreign nations will in the
future do business with Americans, and especially not
our "medical scientists." I have been contacting the
embassies of foreign nations, the UN, and the
International Criminal Court with this data for nearly
a year, demonstrating these crimes and the other
crimes of Yale. Yale most certainly knows Lyme is a
brain disease and they also own the patent for the
earliest and most accurate test for Lyme- validated as
94.4% accurate for all cases of Lyme, according to FDA
rules (US Patent 5,618,533).
The day I faxed a motion for an Administrative Review
(March 25, 2004), which would have demonstrated to the
DCF "court" that all these people were committing
perjury, and why, is the day AAG Jessica Gauvin
ordered my false arrest. I was arrested to prevent
the arrests and prosecution of the perjurers and the
people who really abused and neglected my children:
Donald Dickson, Carolyn Martin, Nancy Martin the
Stonington Schools, John G. Rowland, and the DCF since
1996 (and not 1997 as the perjury went).
This is obstruction of justice on a massive scale.
Chris Morano has almost all of the evidence of it, and
he had it before I was falsely arrested. The former
DCF "court monitor," Ray Sirry, was sent another
massive set of records from me from before I was
falsely arrested. I never heard from Sirry once, nor
did he ever return my phone calls (I wonder where
those records are now.)
See Karen Forschner's letter. Karen, of the Lyme
Disease Foundation, and who founded this organization
because she lost her son Jamie to congenital Lyme
disease, is discussing this brain damage that I
suffered and that she witnessed at the FDA meeting in
Bethesda, where I informed the FDA that the testing
for Lyme was bogus, and that Yale therefore did not
have a vaccine. ("If you can't detect Lyme disease,
you can't detect whether or not LYMErix prevented it,"
was the crux of my talk) I'm an analytical chemist,
not a synthetic chemist or a biochemist. FDA
validations for analytical methods were what I did for
a living at Pfizer.
I told the FDA in Jan 2001, that these LYMErix (Yale's
patented vaccine) adverse events only seem to be
affecting people who had Lyme disease previous to the
LYMErix vaccination, since that was the limit of my
experience of the Support Group founder and leader for
southeastern, CT- where LYME, is - getting calls from
sick ("I'm sick again- I got the vaccine") people,
looking for an MD referral.
That set of conditions resulting in the harm we saw in
Lyme-plus-LYMErix victims turned out to be supported
in the literature, because LYMErix, as a recombinant
triacyl lipopeptide of fungal origin, suppresses the
immune system. In my reports to the International
Criminal Court and the embassies, I demonstrated that
the CDC, NIH, and the UK (Corixa, Imugen and
SmithKline) are aware of immune suppressing effects of
these fungal antigens (LYMErix), but only discuss the
TLR-4 effects and state that you can only have a
"disease" if you have an inflammatory (arthritis)
response.
Just as there are people genetically predisposed to
arthritis in response to these antigens, there are
people genetically predisposed to immune suppression,
or immune incompetence. Gulf War Illness vets all had
antibodies to squalene. Being a chemist, I am
familiar with the structure of squalene and similar
lipids. So, US government sanctioned abuse of Gulf
War Illness victims is a cover up of another kind.
Squalene was a vaccine adjuvant. The research on
squalene antibodies was performed by Tulane, who also
report that Lyme is a permanent brain infection in
non-human primate studies.
Tulane also reports that Lyme spirochete cause a
specific nerve destruction, and I reprinted the
explicit text of this damage in November 2000, on my

ganglia of animals J 831 and K 216 had individual
neurons that immunostained positive with anti-Bb 7.5kD
lipoprotein mAb (fig 16). "These neurons were swollen
and were undergoing chromatolysis. "The dorsal root
ganglia of the thoracic and cervical regions were
especially affected." ---
Which sounds a lot like Fibromyalgia, by the way. So
how many people know about this finding, and in
particular, how is it okay for the Medical Board to
say this perjury in the case of Yale's Eugene Shapiro
and Ray Jones is okay? Shapiro perjured himself and
said he never saw a case of neurologic Lyme disease in
children.
We need a major investigation into the corruption in
the state- the same that Chicago got with Patrick
Fitzgerald- an outsider, not an insider, like former
Governor Rowland's friend and neighbor, the
Corrupticut US Attorney Kevin O'Connor whose wife
worked in Rowland's legal office during all the
DCF-Rowlandgate crime, and got him the job as the
Corrupticut Corrupt US Attorney.
