The Way to live longer

The next logical question to ask is who dies? Is it children,
teenagers, young adults, or middle aged people?
In the natural health model, it is always the elderly who die.
Where do the elderly die? They either die in a hospital, at home, or
in a hospice.
At home or in a hospice, how do the elderly die? They all very
gradually give up living. They stop eating, drinking water, and
exercising. Slowly starving to death is the true fate of most
elderly. Longing to be with their spouses in Heaven does NOT do much
for longevity. The elderly die at home in droves during heat waves.
For what ever reason, they do NOT drink enough water, they do NOT use
hydrotherapy to cool off with water, and they either lack the brains or
mobility to visit air conditioned buildings during the day. The
elderly are not mobile because they have given up eating food and
exercising long, long, long ago.
Why do the elderly die in hospitals? Poor nursing and from being
totally physically runnel down by the chronic lack of food and
exercise. The elderly are physically unfit to the survive the natural
recovery process of the human body from disease. And, the elderly
often lack a social support system that will advocate for real holistic
nursing of the elderly. So, the elderly in hospitals usually end up
dying from gross neglect of the medical system. They often end up
dying from starving to death, or from exposure. Nurses today could NOT
give a damn about the patient. They are end it for the money and
themselves ONLY. The patient be damned. They want to be a little
dictator called a physician. That is what today's professional nurse
wants to be. To hell with real nursing and caring for the helpless.
John Harvey Kellogg and Florence Nightingale touched upon these
subjects.

It is NOT what the elderly eat that counts, it is what the elderly
digest that counts. And, Nightingale pointed out the importance of
proper sick cookery back in 1859. When will nurses, hospitals and
hospices start to actually feed the elderly properly in their care?

John Gohde,
Achieving good Nutrition is an Art, NOT a Science!
The nutrition of eating a healthy diet is a biological factor of the
mind-body connection. Now, weighing in at 18 web pages, the
Nutrition of a Healthy Diet is with more documentation and
sharper terminology than ever before.
