They've known seronegative Lyme exists for a long time.
Both the baby and the mother were seronegative in the
Yale autopsy of the newborn:

Yale's Eugene Shapiro said as perjury in the Jones trial that he has
never seen a case of neurologic Lyme in children.
Again, someone has to inform Yale about neurons and brains
and the like. They apparently don't know about a brain cell
being a nerve cell, and have stated in published scientific
journal articles that the brain is a complicating variable.
Complicating variable: Mr. Brain. As in, "I have largely limited the
discussion here to Lyme arthritis, the simplest case because the end
point (no more arthritis) is so clear, and one does not have to
introduce complicating variables such as the blood-brain barrier." ---

I gave Yale's James Phillips this entire full text article
in Shadock's Comprehensive textbook of Psychiatry
in April of 2002, so he lied to the DCF.

We are dealing with absolute morons, in Corrupticut, I am
telling you. A dumber class of people never existed in the
history of the planet and they're all right here.
