Corrupticut DCF has defrauded the federal taxpayers -
people from the other 49 states - tune the tune of
BILLIONS.
And Corrupticut has ZERO competency on brain and
health matters. DMHAS said under oath that Lyme is
not a brain disease and that I don't have Lyme, in my
false criminal charges case, which occurred the day I
faxed a motion to have law enforcement present in my
DCF "case" to arrest Jessica Gauvin and Patricia
Leebens.
But there is your proof that DCF is a racketeering
enterprise. A case of defrauding the taxpayers. How
this is done is the gag orders and the bogus testimony
from Psychiatrists- the only testimony or evidence
which is not actually evidence.
"Psychiatric testimony" of the best example of "the
pot calling the kettle black." To Wit: There was no
episode of a woman drowning her kids on Law and Order,
but Park Dietz did not go to jail for relating this
imaginary testimony in the Andrea Yates case?
That was either deliberate perjury or Dietz is
psychotic.
They, DCF, can falsely criminally charge you with the
nonsense they invent for you in DCF "court," but YOU,
their victim, are not allowed to talk about the
outrageous nonsense you have to sit there and listen
to?

"work" for DCF are defrauding the United States, since
clearly I did the DCF's job for them.
And they, DCF, criminally charged me with being an

Today's news is that there was a man who was a DCF
foster carer who may have abused 40 kids. Try to tell
me DCF never heard a word of this from those other 40
kids:

OF *COURSE* THEY DID, hear of this abuse from the
other children. DCF simply covers up this abuse and
threatens the children that if they complain, they
will be placed in an even worse situation. This is
what happened to the Inkel children and this is what
happened to my children. DCF told them if they
complain of their abusive treatment in the "care" of
Donald Dickson, my kids would be kidnapped again and
placed in separate foster homes.
DCF "social worker" Jo-El Suroviak was aware of the
sexual violence to the Inkel children, yet she did
nothing about it. She did not report it to the
police.
They do this all the time.
All they do is lie, and let me tell you, these
"people" are total morons.
They were first charging me with "medical neglect" for
not treating my kids for Lyme disease.
*THAT* is how *STUPID* they are.
And we pay these lying REtards a starting salary of
$56,000 a year.
There is your evidence that Kristine Ragaglia
conspired to defraud. She was at Congress asking for
money, and then never gave any of it to the families,
but rather, used this money intended for poor
families, and people with drug and alcoghol addictions
- like herself, Kristine Ragaglia, the alcoholic - to
break up the families, because they were poor.
