Eureka! Finally! Now you have got it. It cannot be proven with the
information at hand. Hopefully, someone will come along and decide to
actually fund a research study that is well designed and can pass peer
review.

Until then, it is nothing more than speculation.

If you review the various webpages about this stuff, you will see that
the same chemical is suggested for a surface dininfectant and also a
food type supplement.
