So you don't have to keep asking and quoting the same self-serving bullshit from this
quack the answer is YES, he lied. The VA might have bought some of it but then they might
have bought something else or used it for something else. African countries can be
extremely gullible, and there is no shortage of paranoia and superstition in that
continent.

Not that any African countries are actually using the stuff to "cure" malaria, of course.
