It works for me now. I guess it was just one of those Internet mysteries.
Now that I have read it it is the same bullshit that has been repeatedly posted here. Some
spruiker has taken his travelling medicine wagon to Washington and asked Congress for
help. They listened politely, thanked him for his time, and then got on with running the
country (or whatever they do). This sort of thing must happen every day.
