Swallowing or gargling is topical to the throat, gums, intestines, bowel.

It is not systemic application even if "physically" ingested.
Silver and colloidal silver has been used for that for a loooooong time.
It could very well be that there is something to the application and may
result, with refinement in some real breakthroughs. There is no "silver
bullet" to kill the vampires.

Your total capability in logic is demonstrated in your use of the initials
wtf. Now how that phrase fits into ANY sentence other than porno or your
mother is completely outside any logical English application.
