Surely if someone donated $2500 they would have proof of such?

Ask for valid proof...if it can't be provided then that just boosts your
credibility.

If I donated $2500 to your agency, I would be able to post a cancelled
check, or some other kind of proof that I did so.

There was not one word of truth in that either ... so Myrl and Coleah
repeated those lies for her too. Other generous loving friends had
paid for these two airfares ... I found it very disquieting that

Ok, I'm understanding what you are saying so far...has Murdock ever donated
to Humantics, of any amount?

Have you maintained proof of where you received the funds to attend these
two travel expenses?

I'm sure that you probably didn't think about it at the time, but it would
certainly come in handy now, would'nt it?

And yes, I would like to see proof of the donations claimed by anyone, IF
those donations are an issue.

I think it only fair.

As I said before, if I said that I sent you money, then I would be able, and
willing to post that proof...maybe I wouldn't leave my account number and
address etc on the check, but I would certainly black out those things and
send copies to anyone who asked.

If it comes up as an issue that would ruin the credibility of ANYONE, then I
think it would be worth showing.

After all, this is supposed to be a support group, and you are supposed to
be running a support group, and support is synonmous with trust...how can
anyone trust anyone with all this going on?

Unlike other women, I did not come to this NG because I was harmed by
implants. My mother had an implant that ruptured, and later she died of
Leukemia. I know that silicone and Leukemia have been linked to one
another.

I came here to find out why my mother died. I want to know why implants
were allowed on the market. I want to know why my mother waas not informed
of the serious side effects of implants...because I know she wouldn't have
gotten one if she knew all of the things she knew when she died.

I don't know what to believe... or who exactly to believe because of all the
accusations.

Of some things I am certain...other things I don't know because I may not
have the whole history down.

One thing I don't understand, and probably never will is this...

The suit is basically over. The claims are being paid out. I could
understand the discrediting, etc, when the settlement was not yet made, but
why now?

If the purpose now is to prevent implants from being marketed again, then
there is nothing to fight about...right?

No ... she purchased 40 of my booklets at $5 a piece and 9 months
later sent me a check for $200 which I have posted the info from.

And it was no where near the $2500 that she claimed! That was absurd.

Further ... when she tried to take credit for the loving and generous
acts of several other sisters by claiming to have paid for my trips to
the IOM and to Dallas when my mother passed away ... and then Jeffcoat
kept screaming about it ... and when corrected ... she'd scream some
more and "stand by" her lies ...

It got worse.

Then Penley Ayers jumped into the ring and did the same ... they hurt

FACT: Humantics Foundation CEO, is Dr. Anthony Zaffuto. In addition to
creating non-profits (Calvary Boys Ranch/Teens N Trouble), Dr. Zaffuto
also has a penchant for authoring books and videos with such titles as:
"Solo Male Ecstasy," and/or "The Complete Guide to Oral Lovemaking."

Dr. Zaffuto's books and videos were available on "After Dark." He has
been involved in litigation with Playboy for copyright issues.

Ilena Rosenthal describes Dr. Zaffuto as her "Mentor" and business
partner.

Ilena has played cat and mouse with questions regarding the nature of
her and Zaffuto's business, Pandora's Products. But we do know that at
least one of his books were sold through it.

What folks did, was to take what they know about Zaffuto's work
background (adult books and videos) and his work with troubled youth,
and combined it with Ilena's Dating Services, and her silence on the
nature of Pandora's Products.

To this day, Ilena continues refusing to answer any questions regarding
the nature of their business, Pandora's Products, or what they actually
sold.

Martha Murdoch has much illness in her life. There is little doubt
that Ilena's travel to the IOM was provided for by women within our
cause.

Martha later cleared up the confusion about her part in the IOM travel.
I will post Martha's statement about this following here.

It appears that Martha provided airfare, for Ilena for a Conference
that was held. There was also some other considerations with that
travel as well, per Martha's statement.

Ilena continues to not see the value in the airline tickets she
received through Martha. The outcome was the same for Ilena, but Ilena
does not grasp that value.

Martha's husband is extremely ill, as is Martha's son. She is a care
giver for them, as well as herself. Ilena has chosen this time to
continue the war against her, even though she has been absent from this
board for a very long time.

Yes, you may address this issue 'one more time', if necessary, however,
it has previously been addressed numerous times.

Facts of '96 Dallas Conference:

1) We (NSIF) signed a contract with the Lincoln Center Hotel that we
would guarantee XX number, block of rooms, for the night prior to the
Conference, and if we had that many or more reservations; the
Conference space we wanted would be available at no additional charge
--- FREE!. We had more than double the number of reservations to take
care of the cost of the ballroom and adjoining spaces for 'vendors'.

2) We required 'vendors' to donate $50; or $50 of product for a door
prize ... so we had many of these people participating. We DID NOT
require a donation from those ladies who came as speakers, with books
to sell, because they all paid their own expenses; except "Idget" ---
she is the only speaker who asked for their expenses to be paid.
(Details at end)!

3) We did not charge a fee to attend this Conference, and asked for
donations instead; to make it available to all who wanted to attend ...
and we had over 800 attendees.

4) We had an informal gathering the Saturday before the Conference on
Sunday, and we provided free 'snacks', which NSIF paid for, to those
who attended; and there were a lot that night. We did not pay for any
'drinks', other than soft drinks for that evening.

5) My son-in-law, Greg, works for American Airlines, and he donated
some of his space-available family-passes for Ilena's trip, and made
all of her reservations. After she was here and decided to stay a
couple of days, then she asked for Greg to re-route her through Denver
--- so she could stop over and see some friends. We only had to pay
the taxes on these passes; never-the-less, she asked for 'more' after
she was here. And, she was the only one who asked for any expenses to
be paid.

6) Since R. Laminack wanted to speak, and wanted a couple of others to
speak (which he made arrangements for) that afternoon; he did pick up
the tab for soft drinks served during the afternoon conference. He
paid cash because they brought me the tab and I got the cash from Rick.

7) "Idget's" sister, Rozanne, did contribute beautiful engraved marble
paper weights for all the speakers, which was a wonderful toughtful
thing for her to do. I did not even know she was doing that until the
middle of the Conference. She was very gracious with her gift. I
don't think Ilena realizes to this day what Rozanne did!

I looked up the book so that I might order one, the reviews are great,
however, I found that the foreward was by Zaffuto, the book itself was
written by someone named Michael Bono.

It also says that it was published by 'Humantics Multimedia Publishers'?
Who is that?

I see nothing wrong with that.

And as a matter of fact, I think that was quite nice of him.

It was also wonderful that those women who attended were not required to
pay, only contribute what they could.

I think credit should be given where it is deserved.
