I believe all assets are supposed to transfer to another non-profit with a
same focus.....and let's see, that would include the computer that was
reported to the IRS as having been purchased by and used EXCLUSIVELY for the
Humantics Foundation.

But.....WHAT was found to NOT be kosher about the Humantics Foundation ?????
Or was there a list ???

Will Ilena say that yet another government agency is 'weak'
as she did when the FDA removed her from it's list of support resources?
