I have addressed this several times Teddy and Terry and Stevie and
Snoopy Schaezler ... and now Marla is chiming in to confuse and
further lie about the issue.
Like the overpaid Quacks & Quack Flacks that you are ... you ignore
all evidence that doesn't suit your lies!
Polevoy/Barrett's Publicist Ted Nidiffer has been repeatedly posting
this lie about the Humantics Foundation ...
Of course, joined at the hips with Martha Murdock of NSIF ... she too
posted it ... reposting this libel.

Nope ... I have never used one penny of Foundation money to pay any
attorneys' fees ...
One woman had offered up $100 ... but it was put into our general fund
to pay for telelphone, mailing, internet and other expenses.
Wrong again Teddy ... no wonder Polevoy & Barrett keep you around.

the one to pay my legal expenses after the Appeals Court overturned
the
Superior Court's verdict that I had a probability of prevailing on my
libel suit against O'Leary. The First Amendment won, and since I am
now a
public figure because of my work on this issue, it is basically "open
season" on all of us who post to Usenet.
In actuality, over the last 6 years, I have put over $100,000 of my
own
money into this cause to raise awareness as to the dangers of implants
and
to create a WorldWide Support Group for those harmed by breast
implants
and other silicone products ...
