I work in a health food store. Yesterday a customer came in who
weighed 300+ pounds and had Type II diabetes. He said his bloodsugar
was an uncontrolled 200. He came in to buy cinnamon. When I asked him
about it, he said it had dropped his bloodsugar to 100 or below. He
said it also dropped his triglycerides, although he didn't say how
much. So he said he didn't want to run out of it.
