Making A Medical Kit?

| I do a lot of fishing, hiking, swimming, flea mkts etc.
Any suggestions on making up a med kit & over the
counter meds i should take with me?

| Buy one instead. Add what you think should be in there (such as your own
meds), but giving meds to someone else (even headache treatments) can be
'legally risky'.
