"Ch 9, WWOR-tv, broadcast a story showing how the various e-911
surcharges on phone bills (and doubly so on cell phones) are
diverted to other purpose. I'm shocked, SHOCKED...

Why should it shock you look how many states took the tobacco money
settlement and use it for everything but what it was suppose to be for my
state Pa. included.
As long as politicos think they can get away with it they will . Thank god
citizens like your self and others bring there misdeeds to light.
