The constitution covers all Americans including accident victims.
You must assume we're talking about dead people -- and that makes
you a little "slow" because even dead accident victims have live
survivors with rights. Do you have cites of cases successfully
prosecuted on the basis of photogrammetry measurements, when better
methods (laser transit or tape) were available at the scene?
If you can't, you're just blowing smoke and should be ignored as an
impatient driver. If you have a better method, what does the PD in
question say when you went to them with your better idea? What you
rebut means nothing ... what the court rebuts means everything.
Stand down!
