| yesterday one of our own called it quits for good, he had been having
relationship problems with his g/f of 7 years and she had moved out, in the
middle of the night thurs he came to the station, took 2 vials of etomidate
and norcuron, yesterday morning at about 830 local time we recieved a 911
call to his residence, his 5 y/o daughter found him on the couch and called
911 and said she couldnt waken her father, when we arrived we found iv
established in left arm and 2 syringes in the med ports, we also found the
empty vials, he went to great extremes to protect the ems service from
liabilty by leaving evidence in his pocket clearing the company, while you
are travling today doing your jobs please take a minute to say a prayer for
him, his name was david ulrich and he was a emtp/ff thanks to all of you
