Bernhard, sorry about being so slow but I have snipped out some of your
wording and placed some of the common US English terms beside it as you
requested. You did a great job with your translations.

> 1 blood pressure meter adults (D) - BP cuff (blood pressure cuff - also

Sphygmanometer)
> 1 stethoskope (D) - stethoscope
> 1 pupil control light (D) - penlight (and other names)
> 1 breathing (?) bag adults (D) - Bag Valve Mask (BVM)
> 1 bacteria filter - normally a HEPA (high efficiency particulate)

filter
> 1 laryngoskope (D) - laryngoscope
> 3 spatula (?) Macintosh size 3+4+5 (D)
> 1 gripper (?) Magill (D) - Magill forceps
> 1 intubation mandrin (?) (D) - stylette
> 1 30g lubricant for mandrin (D) - normally by brand name Surgilube or KY

jelly (sterile surgical lubricant)
> 3 suction katheters (?) (D) - catheter
> 1 Ringer 500ml (D) - in US normally is Lactated Ringers Solution

> 3 i.v. systems (D) (hose?) - IV Sets or drip sets
> 8 i.v. needles (viggo), 2 of each 20G/18G/17G/16G (D) - many places in

US use 22 - 14 G sizes in angiocaths (catheter over needle)
> 5 special band aid for fixing the needles (D) - we just use standard

adhesive tape but some more advanced areas also use clear dressings
(Tegaderm and other brand names)
> 5 lock plugs (?) for iv.-needles - I believe you are referring to

Heplock or Salinelock devices (being able to flush the line but not having
to keep fluid flowing)
> 1 small container for sharp waste (?)(D) - sharp's container
> 2 triangular bandage/cloth (?) (D) - commonly called cravats in the US
> 1 pressure cuff for iv. infusion (D)[we use firefighters for that ] -

(so do we when we have one available)
