| Hello
On www.jems.com a leading architect of EMS, Jim Page, dies of cardiac arrest
while swimming. He was a founder of JEMS magazine, a Los Angeles County
Fire Deparment battalion chief, and helped tremendously in the production of
the TV series, "Emergency!".
See JEMS for further details.
If there is anyone walking around today because of Chief Page he has done
more than many people.

| Ken,
Yes, the fire service and EMS lost a truely great man. There are many
people still "sucking air" today because of James. He was an awesome
person. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with him on several
occasions. He will be missed. I have the chance to go to his funeral this
Thursday.
