I killed someone and the police didn't come ....

| Yesterday, I killed a guy and cut off his penis to grill and eat it.
But the cops never came to arrest me.In all those movies, 5 minutes
after a crime, the police comes.But no cops.
What am I doing wrong here? Should I eat the whole guy and send the
bones to the cops ?
