| Hello
I read a Steve and Susan (sic?) post cautioning "Emergency!" fans against
joining EMS without careful thought.
I am wondering; is is possible for individuals to be fine EMTs who, in other
professions, would come unglued and "lose it" on a frequent basis?
I am a perennial fan of "Emergency!" who is kicking the tires on several
career options. In fact I have considered volunteer work in EMS/FF once I
relocate out of Macon, GA.
I am attracted to the field due to being able to make a difference and since
I believe in EMS systems. Still I have unanswered questions including ones
nobody can answer but myself.
