Hello to all,

as I have read and have been confirmed also by other it's the "padsama
pose" (the typical meditation pose knowed also by unknower of this
discipline..or art..how you prefer to call )..
what other could be the "MUST know" because also the more important?

And why are these? And why the "padsama pose" as said it's the much
important?
As "phisical level" in itself (a-part the benefit also physical at
cause of the meditation) the lotus-pose i have read it's benefical for
all the lower parts of body..so wich one or two would be the beneficial
for the remained half upper part of body?

ps: if i'm not asking too much...someone have a link to a site wich
could say to me(trouh an interactive script, or expaining so that i can
do myself..)wich it's my "body type" in the ayurveda system...and so
wich foods would be more beneficial for me(i'm yet vegan)?

Thanks much in advance

Greetings!
