Or you can use real live kefir on your body and say goodbye to
acne forever. Dont use the starter kits - get the live kefir grains
from someone who makes home made rel kefir. All forms of
acne can be permanently cured even rosacia by drinking the
kefir and fixing up your intestinal and digestive problems which
cause the outbreaks in the first place.

Prevention is always better than a cure!!
