We need to educate masses on basic level personal hygine, principles
of Sadvritta(Code of conduct),Dinacharya,Ritucharya (Daily/ seasonal
reginmen).About simple & safe,non complicated or non advanced textual
formulations but on simple home remedies & their vital uses on
various minor disorders.
Keeping these points in mind we have formulated different courses in
Ayurveda for lay men.There is - 'Basic O level online course in
Orientation to Ayurveda & Home Remedies for Self Health Management &
Good Lifestyle Techniques.'
