I am again warning you for the last time.
Remove all defamatory posts about my personal or professional life
within seven days from all of your Usenet posts, and Curezone posts if
you have made any there. If you fail to do that within seven days you
will be on the receiving end of a very nasty lawsuit that will seek
monetary damages that you can ill-afford.
I suggest that you discuss this with your family and your legal
advisors immediately.
Your idiotic friends who post on Usenet every time that they see my
name are equally responsible. All you have to do is to check the court
records for the Supreme Court of California in regards to Ilena
Rosenthal and you will see that this is very serious indeed.

I believe that I have told the truth about you, your "organization"
and associate. It is you who have not told the truth about yourself,
your organization or your products. You have flogged herbal products
to young children with terminal cancer, and that is wrong. The truth
is that your efforts in the area of holistic medicine have been
nothing more that simple consumer health fraud. You just don't get it,
or you are purposely doing this without conscience.
The herbal products, specifically the ginseng ones, that you have
allegedly given away, or sold to numerous people over the years have
not been established to either promote health, or cure any disease.
You knew that, and yet you failed to tell consumers the facts.
There are serious problems with the credibility of the people you are
associated with. The way that you have misrepresented the products you
hawk have been noted, and complaints filed with some of those
companies.
You have violated your terms of service with Sympatico.ca each and
every time you post lies and defamatory posts about anyone.
The fact that you have refused to admit that you are wrong in the
marketing of herbal and nutraceutical products for serious health
problems is grounds for the Competition Bureau to take action.
The fact that you or your associate Lu Lanzon has attempted to recruit
seriously ill cancer patients by using newspaper ads, and Yellow Pages
that imply that she holds a real PhD is false advertising and also
grounds for action by the Competition Bureau.
You claim, in your Usenet posts, that Lanzon practiced psychiatry, or
is a psychiatrist, and/or obtained her degree to practice psychiatry
in Brasil is unsupported by the facts. Your claim that your associate
has psychic powers is a laugh, and grounds for action by the
Competition Bureau for false advertising. It is all a sham.
As for you, Dave, you have no health care credentials at all, never
had them, never will. You just decided a few years ago to start
selling herbal products to earn some money for your family. It was, I
believe, your decision to promote an alternative medical clinic in an
office building in Waterloo, Ontario with Lu Lanzon and try to promote
this nonsense to the public.
It was not a wise business decision to do that. That is obvious. But
perhaps the worst thing about this situation, in all due respect, is
that you really don't know how deep a hole that you have dug yourself.
Your actions to defame me are egregious. They make no sense, just like
it makes no sense to continuously bring up the name of the little girl
who you seemed to think benefited from your ginseng "cures".
So, judge your actions accordingly and obtain legal representation if
you can afford it. I am not going to let this defamation continue any
longer.

The problem is basically that Dave Wickware and Lu Lanzon, who up
until now has remained silent, seem to have no conception that what
they have done is morally and ethically wrong. They have no conception
that psychic healing is a fraud, and that the marketing of any kind of
herbal product to seriously ill people is potentially dangerous.
Wickware continues to claim that his products have helped a little
girl who has a terminal brainstem cancer, when they clearly have never
done that. It is a serious matter to prey on the vulnerabilities of
families who have children with cancer or for that matter any serious
health problem. It is wrong for a medical doctor to do that, it is
wrong for any other regulated health professional to do that. But,
Dave Wickware, a man with no credentials at all, a man who defames and
libels me personally just doesn't understand the facts.
He continues to defraud the public with his claims, he has
misrepresented the credentials of those he is associated with, and he
has continued to defame me personally.
He will lose in court when the time comes, and that is a certainty.
