Thought I'd send this press release to this group. Play it forward, because this is a cure (it really works) for a major problem that affects loads of men and women. I think we should give them publicity...
------------

York UK-based company, Sweet Cures, reports a big increase on sales over
the last 6 months for their new concept cure for E.coli type bladder
infections and UTIs. The cure, Waterfall D-Mannose, is a monosaccharide
extract from larch wood.

John Bremner, one of the partners in the business says that recommendations
from doctors are partially responsible for the sales boom. "Doctors were
initially sceptical about the product, but they are listening to patients,
and we are now getting more personal enquiries from doctors who want to know
the specifics of how it works."

Unlike antibiotics, Waterfall D-Mannose does not kill the E.coli. Instead,
it causes E.coli to lose its adhesion to the lining of the bladder and
urinary tract by the simple process of occupying the mannose receptors on
the tiny molecular hairs (fibria with lectins) that E.coli uses to attach to tissue. The
troublesome bugs are then flushed away by normal urination.

Anna Sawkins, the other partner in Sweet Cures, comments, "It is the very
simplicity of the process that caused the initial scepticism. After all,
D-Mannose is an isomer of glucose, and as such, it is a simple sugar.
Doctors thought, 'How can taking a simple sugar have any effect?' But the
results patients are having has driven the interest of the medical
profession. Patients come to us with antibiotic resistant infections, and
they are going back to their doctors and telling them about this cure."

Sweet Cures reports an extraordinary success rate of close to 100% for
E.coli-based infections, and because Waterfall D-Mannose is not metabolised
by the body to any great extent, (it passes almost entirely into the urine
within an hour) it is safe for diabetics, pregnant women, and young
children, and is also safe and effective as a long-term preventative.
