I'm sure some of the others on the list feel the same way :-) I agree
with you concerning organization/presentation of the material, some of
it is quite arcane. And it's not like there are any instructions on the
page :-) Of interest only if you are drawn to this type of exposition
and background.

Not to worry... It's not important. Besides I think you might be more
interested the material covered on this site. No doubt it will answer
far more of your questions concerning yoga, asanas, ahimsa, "being
spiritual", etc.

It is just a site that popped into my awareness while I was doing some
research. It's really a fantastic collection of writings concerning
occult subjects, under which yoga falls. Some of these are quite old
and come from varying traditions and cultures.

I am fascinated with the movement of information. You see, for me to
consider something is true I need to hear the same thing from a number
sources. In other words I like to compare notes :-) I really love that
PBS series call "connections". Have you seen it? It takes a historical
development and follows it to its current expression. For instance how
the bubonic plaque in Europe led directly to the invention of the
computer (with all the steps in between).
