MM:
I'll discuss what Master Marlowe has written.

Act Five, Scene Three
Enter Calymath, Bashawes.
Calymath
Thus have we view'd the City, scene the sacke,
And caus'd the wines to be new repair'd,
Which with our Bombards shot and Basiliske1,
We rent in sunder at our entry:
5
And now I see the Scituation,
And how secure this conquer'd Iland stands
Inviron'd with the mediterranean Sea,
Strong contermin'd2with other petty Iles;
And toward Calabria,3back'd by Sicily,
10
Where4 Siracusian Dionisius reign'd,5
Two lofty Turrets that command the Towne.
I wonder how it could be conquer'd thus?
Enter a Messenger6.
Messenger
>From Barabas, Malta's Governor, I bring

A message unto mighty Calymath;
15
Hearing his Soveraigne was bound for Sea,
To saile to Turkey, to great Ottoman7,
He humbly would intreat your Majesty
To come and see his homely Citadell,
And banquet with him e're thou leav'st the Ile.
Calymath
20
To banquet with him in his Citadell?8
I feare me, Messenger, to feast my traine
Within a Towne of warre so lately pillag'd,
Will be too costly and too troublesome:
Yet would I gladly visit Barabas,9

MM:
This is what many people think, that to follow the Master would be too
costly and/or troublesome. Calymath says he would gladly visit him,
anyway. Satan (Calymath) respects the Master. He know that he is the
Son of God.

Calymath
25
For well has Barabas deserv'd of us.

MM:
As I mentioned, Satan knows that the Master is worthy of respect, love,
and devotion.

Messenger
Selim, for that, thus saith the Governor,
That he hath in10 store a Pearle so big,
So precious, and withall so orient,
As be it valued but indifferently,
30
The price thereof will serve to entertaine
Selim and all his souldiers for a month;
Therefore he humbly would intreat your Highnesse
Not to depart till he has feasted you.

MM:
The Master has the "pearl of great price." It is spiritual power.

Calymath
I cannot feast my men in Malta wals,
35
Except he place his Tables in the streets.

MM:
This is a very important message. It means that Satan doesn't have
access to the True Home, where the Master resides. Satan says that the
Master must descend to his region, if they are to have a relationship.

Messenger
Know, Selim, that there is a monastery
Which standeth as an out-house to the Towne;
There will he banquet them, but thee at home,
With all thy Bashawes11 and brave followers.

Calymath
40
Well, tell the Governor we grant his suit,
Wee'll in this Summer Evening feast with him.

Messenger

I shall, my Lord. Exit.

Calymath
And now, bold Bashawes12, let us to our Tents,
And meditate how we may grace us best

MM:
Calymath (Satan) knows that if he is to meet the Master, he'd better be
prepared and meditation is the way to meet the Master. Satan is
millions of times greater than the average human being, so if he needs
to meditate to meet the Master, then surely we will.

Calymath continues:
45
To solemnize our Governors great feast.
Exeunt.

MM:
We should also try to meet a Master, and if we find one, solemnize the
meeting. That is the message. If we find such a Master, he will teach
us Surat Shabd Yoga, and we will obaint the pearl of great price.
