We are all one. It is only maya that keeps us ignorant of that reality.
That's why we need a guide to point us in the direction of our true
transcendent reality.

I am that, thou art that, all this is that.

We can remain in the relative and still be liberated (enlightened) and
function as a householder or recluse.
On every level of consciousness, we experience reality according to the
quality and purity of our physical being.
To attain enlightenment is to embody enlightenment on all levels of being,
physical, mental, spiritual etc.

When we have escaped the dellusion and ignorance of maya, we experience
"THAT" which is spoken of in the Upanishads.
Within the very core of our being, we are all one in the absolute (one with
God, in God, of God), it is of our deluded ego self that
keeps us blind to the reality of our true transcendent self.

We only experience separation (from God) when we live life on the basis of
the intellect alone.
When we are lost in the delusion of maya (ignorance) we are constantly
trying to make sense of our selves, of creation and our place
within creation.

When we have become established on the spiritual level of the absolute,
(transcendental consciousness) we are in harmony with all creation.
There is no more need to search, but simply to be and to live as an
expression of "THAT".

The proper use of the will is to align the small ego self with the higher
self...."Gods will" if you will.
I find that's what TM offers me. The dipping of the cloth as mentioned
previously.
Gradually the small self becomes tuned into a higher reality that at some
point becomes a natural state of being.

Transcendental consciousness revealed a deeper reality beyond the prison of
waking, dreaming, sleeping.
It enlightened me. Now it's just a matter of continuing to expand my
awareness and experience of "THAT".

Simply, by continuing to meditate as I was taught, I've come to a place of
deep inner peace beyond all understanding.
I can best describe it in the following words:
You breath in, you breath out, the rest is just details.

Thank you for the inspiration to see and reflect.
==============================================
I remember an analogy I heard some time ago.
{You can't describe the taste of strawberry ice-cream to a person who has
never tasted strawberry ice-cream.}
{They have no reference point to know what you are describing.}
