Just wondering, having seen it on a pack of tea. I'm familliar with V,P,K
but not which way to read the + and -. Is it good for Pita, or good for
Vata, Kapha? It's not as nice as the Kapha teas I've tried.

Googling doesn't work well as it and other search engines ignore the +
and - even using quotes around the search term.

Thanks

- Richard

Hi Richard,

I did a google search on your subject header (with the google suggested
correct spelling). Found references to this +- business on the first
page. Perhaps this will help.

Google search [Ayurveda - what does V-P+K- mean?]

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...mean%3F&spell=1

popbably: V- reduces Vata, P+ increases Pita, K- decreases Kapha.
good? that depends on what you need.
