Hi Sisifus,
I see that shirsasana has been very fruitfull to you,, as you ahve
learnt many complicated subjects regarding blood pressure kontrol of
the head...
So think about it how good it is,,, if you have not done sirsasana you
would not learn all these info...
Keep doing it...
It is not only blood pressure counts,there are many other aspects which
go with head stand,, one of them is to be happy after succeding on this
stand...That is it gives self respect to the yogi...
