Author nauli without hands: antagonist muscles

2006-04-22, 6:23 pm

Hi

I want to do nauli without pushing on my hands by contracting the dorsal
muscles
I don't know the method but I suppose I must contract antagonist muscles
Are the antagonist muscles really antagonist or is it possible to contract a
pair of antagonist muscles ?

Some links about muscles control
