We are a group of Y=F4ga s=E1dhakas from Portugal, practicing Sw=E1sthya
Y=F4ga, the Ultra-Integral
Y=F4ga, Pr=E9-Classic, which means goes earlier than Patanjali Ashtanga
Y=F4ga, with very ancient roots:
Dakshinacharat=E1ntrika-Nir=EDshwaryas=E1mkya Y=F4ga, some authors say its
the original Shiva Y=F4ga.
We are disciples of Jo=E3o Camacho, Y=F4gach=E1rya, direct disciple of
Shri DeRose from Brazil. Shri DeRose is the coder of Sw=E1sthya Y=F4ga,
one of the most recognized world authority on Y=F4ga.
