Just wanted to let you know guys (and girls :P) that there is a retreat
in the ashram of my lineage (Swami Radha) this comming April. Swami
Radha has studied extensively the Kundalini system and has written
quite a lot about it's day to day application instead of focusing on
the 'higher' spiritual practice.
