I'm a physical therapist, and I have some experience in working with
Yoga on people over 60 with miscellaneous physical problems. It would
not be honest to give you specific technical advice via e-mail. Let me
tell you, anyway, that if you manage to respect your body and its
rhythm, you can be surprised by the results you can obtain. Spend more
energy in listening than in pushing and pulling and forcing your body
into impossible shapes, and work in harmony with your breath (i.e. no
feeling of strain or unpleasant pressure in your chest, heart, lungs,
throat, eyes or head): after just a couple of months Yoga will start to
show its magic in many little ways. Good luck,
Salvatore
