Identifying with body and mind is the cultural mistake.
It defines gain and loss, life and death in abstract terms
that are not realities. It makes 'unnatural' and unnecessary
difficulties. Delusion.

Being desperate to live or desperate to die is living in desire.
Taking what comes naturally without complaint is better.
Disregarding the 'ordinary' significance of events is even better.
Dropping body and mind as focus of attention is still better.
Forgetting the whole business is best.
