Golden Liquid Energy... Anybody knows anything?

| Hello there everybody
Did anybody knows any thing about a Golden Liquid Energy?
The specification is like this: when you attenuate for it, it falls
from the chakra placed on belly button into the body and fills it after
a period of time.
So did anybody hear something about this energy? and how I can
attinuate somebody for it? (how to generate energetic engines, where
should install them, what is the symbols and such things?)

there are some thories that state that kundalini runs like a liquid
energy, from moladara to the top of head...
and there is also the nectar that comes from bindu... down....

that theory about the belly i don't know....
