| Howdy Dave,
Okey let me explain this Nobel prize matter...In Dr. Thomas R. Cech`s
scientific work,it has been clearly shown that RNA is a passive carrier
of genetic information...That is you have all the gens of your
ancester,these gens include all the MEMORIES recorded of your ancester
by a CODE...
Now sometimes these codes are disclosed by some occasions (by some
enzyms) so what you feel as if these were your own memories, as if
these were happened to yourselve in your previous life... Actually you
have no previous life but you have these recorded memories of your
ancester in a fashion of disclosed code...
So people who have no idea of this recent scientific work,think about
REINCARNATION...
Now about REBIRTH, rebirth is not a personal affair...Rebirth in its
real meaning is
whatever you have done previously you get it later on...In other words
by rebirth is is indicated that All your actions,including your
ancesters, at the end you get its results..
What I am telling is also can be tested by the other principles of
BUDHISM. If rebirth was a personal affair,then it would be an
attachment to SELF, but there is no self, no soul,nothing to attach in
BUDDHISM. So you see,if ryou study Buddhism in its real meaning you
can realize what has been shown by REBIRTH.
If you put barleys in the soil, you will get barleys at the end, this
is what REBIRTH is...
The interconnected relation in between your action and the result you
get...
