| Hello, everyone. Can anyone tell me what this asana is called?
It's one of those asanas in which you support your entire body weight
on your wrists. Both thighs rest on the same forearm, while the torso
remains (more or less) in a horizontal position. The bottom leg is kept
folded, while the top one sticks out. Not sure if I'm making any sense.
I'd like to know what it's called so I can look it up. I can hold the
pose for about 30s with relative ease. One minute is torture on the
wrist supporting the legs, though, so I'm wondering if I'm doing
something wrong - I suppose I could lower the torso a bit to put more
weight on the other wrist, but I'm not sure if that would be cheating.
Thanks anyway!
