I have jsut found a yoga CD that I would recommend to anyone wanting
one.
"Yoga For You
The Iyengar Yoga System"
gives written and audio-visual instruction fo 23 asanas
good detail, more than you get in a lot of Iyengar based books.
video of the asanas.
one feature lets you sequence asanas for your personal practice, and
the CD gives the instructions as you go.
