| Suzy,
I don't speak French either, but I asked the seller anyway, in English.
I will let you know what I find out. Maybe they will come here to the
group and provide an answer. We'll see :-)

| Suzy,
Here is the response from France:
Hi Jared.......thanks for your question. I myself do not practice yoga.
All the products I build are based on drawings of props used at the
Iyengar Institute in Pune India. I have had the same question regarding
the use of the Setu Bandha T from a customer in Italy and am currently
in the process of trying to get information on its usage. I will pass
on to you any information I get. Will be in touch again soon. regards
Alan
We're getting closer :-)

At a height of 56 cm, it seems too high to use in Setu Bandha, unless
you are a giant. I'm 181 cm, and I just tried using a 43 cm high chair
as a support under the buttocks and thighs, and even that was too high
for me. Most uncomfortable, it actually hindered the asana.
Personally, I simply would not bid on an item that I don't know the
purpose or use for.
