try to be alert to the contents of the mind. if you are not alert, then as
soon as you realize that you are not alert, become alert. no one becomes
transformed in a flash. the journey is slow and full of falls. when you have
awakened wisdom and compassion, you have been transformed. now keep it that
way. be alert.
